The future of Postal services, E-mail, was one of the services offered by Live Wire! BBS(LWBBS), Suchit Nanda, who is the co-author of War on Virus, an active member of MUC, and writes for Express Computer is the SysOp and his brother Anish is the Co-SysOp. He was recently invited by the Stanford University, USA for a conference and he represented India there. Live Wire! uses WildCat BBS as the host software and RipTerm for the interface. To log-in you need a PC, a modem and any communications software. Use the settings: N-8-1 (No parity, 8 bits and 1 stop bit) with ANSI terninal emulation and dial (22)-578 7812 to log-into the BBS from the dialing directory of your software.

Live Wire! offers local e-mail, file areas, information services, multi-line chatting and games, and international FidoNet connectivity with NetMail and EchoMail. Yearly subscription is Rs.2500/-. Live Wire! also has an extensive Library of Shareware, Public Domain and Freeware.
